Happy Monday Everyone! What beautiful weather we had. Beach swims, walks, Hapi Ice Creams, friends for dinner, and Paul snuck off for a cheeky boys night (leaving me with two children who didn’t want to go to bed until after 9pm – woop woop!).

Anyways, I just wanted to tell you this week, we are having Ben Warren come and talk at the Te Awanga Farmers Market on Wednesday evening. The talk will start at 1730 and go for 30 minutes. This is a free event, so come along and bring your health minded friends/family, buy your fresh organic produce/products, listen to live music before and after Ben speaks, listen to ‘nutrition in the modern world’ an inspirational, informative talk by Ben to give people instant ‘takeaways’ to apply to their life. There will also be The Dosa Project serving dinner along with Vagabond Jack. An evening out with the family from 4pm to 7pm.

Before I get into Ben’s Bio, I just wanted to tell you our story about how Ben and I first crossed paths.

When Paul and I first moved to Hawkes Bay, we wanted to integrate ourselves with as many like minded, health conscious individuals as we could. The name ‘Ben Warren’ was repetitively thrown about so we made contact. As soon as we met Ben, not only did we recognise that he had a wealth of knowledge around nutrition and healthy lifestyle but was also just a good guy.

Ben has an undisputed passion about genuinely wanting to help people feel the best they can. If you have heard Ben speak at one of his workshops, you will know he has so many interesting facts and knowledge bombs. Come along this Wednesday for no charge, to be inspired to either continue or get back your health on track. If you have heard Ben speak, then still come along as there is always something new to learn. He is definitely worth the little trip to Te Awanga.
