Happy Monday Everyone.

We enjoyed a weekend in Wellington catching up with some good friends. Lots of walking, sunshine, peddling a boat in the water (saw a pretty big stingray swim by), eating, coffee-ing, and chatting!

A reminder, THIS Saturday morning at 0800 we will be meeting at the Peak carpark -***Tauroa Carpark*** (please note change of meeting place). All levels of fitness welcome, along with anyone and everyone (you do not need to be part of the camps/training to attend) – please be there ready to set off at 0800. A great start to the long weekend. Hope to see as many of you there as can make it 🙂

8 – Strength Cake Recipe

Carry it

Put it down

Repeat

9 – When you start to take care of the small things, the big things just seem to sort themselves out

10 – Simple is profound

11 – Train movements not muscles, work on patterns not parts

12 – Don’t add strength to dysfunction

13 – Pain isn’t the problem, it’s the signal

14 – The only thing officially documented for depression that doesn’t have negative side effects is …. exercise

15 – Being strong, doesn’t mean much without fluid, efficient movement

16 – I’m not interested in how many, how quick, and how many times.. you can do something poorly

17 – Consistency is still the most important factor in success

So there you have it. Let us know if you have any life lessons you would like to add?
