In this weeks newsletter we thought we would introduce our newest member of the Results Family, Courtney. Courtney has moved from Wellington to the Bay and is working as a Personal Trainer with Results.

What is your favourite type of Workout?

Anything high intensity, I love HIIT style training and spin classes for a cardio blast!. But I also enjoy reformer Pilates for a good core and glute burn! 

Who are your heroes?

My Dad- my biggest fan and supporter! 

Who are your villains?

Indecisive drivers, slow supermarket walkers and bad baristas! 

Breakfast of champions?

A flat white, scrambled eggs on toast with smashed avo and feta….! 

Ultimate stress buster?

A walk in the sun listening to a podcast or meditation outdoors.

Beyonce- Love on Top 

Essential snack?

Protein bar

What’s the bravest thing you have done?

Europe solo travel 

How do you stay on track when you travel?

Lots of walking, outdoor activities, and HIIT workouts at the hotel gym 

What’s your greatest achievement?

Studying full time at University while working a 40 hour week! Total nightmare…..but manageable! and…..meeting my fiance! 

Favourite cheat meal?

Pork belly, crackling and red wine!! YUM!!

What’s your current workout schedule?

Strength session 2x a week, 2x HIIT sessions, 2-3 walks up the Peak, 1x spin class, 2x yoga.
