Happy Monday Everyone,

Hope you all had an enjoyable weekend.

Today we wanted to share with you our, Results, goals and focus for 2021. We understand last year was a little all over the show with the lockdowns, Paul’s health, life…. however we are back on track, refocussed and have more energy than ever… we want 2021 to be a year of excellent health.

Movement, eating nourishing foods, reducing stress and/or dealing with stressful situations in a way your body responds well to, sleep and play. We would like to encourage as many of you as possible to start making yourself and your family’s health a high priority.

How will we encourage this:

Each month we will be organising a local walk/hike where everyone is invited to join (whether you are signed up with Results or not). The more the merrier – we just want everyone to move more.  We will be sending though some dates to save and your whole family/friends, all levels of fitness welcome. Let’s get back to nature, breathe in the fresh air, pump some blood around our system and come together as a community.

First date to kick start the movement: Saturday 6th February 0800 at the lower Peak Carpark. We will decide the track on the day. All levels welcome.

We will be holding nutrition talks, where we will be going over the basics of good eating. Here you will be able to pick our brains with your questions, and refocus your time on cooking nourishing meals/snacks for your whole family.

We will also be offering cooking demonstrations.

We will be aiming to offer some injury workshops (how to heal rather than get injured 😉 – however these will depend on how Paul is feeling health wise.
