1 – Food I ate this weekend…. Keto Crack Pie

Thank you Urban Deli for the Keto Crack Pie. What would the weekend be without cake 😉 

2 – Cookbook I got this weekend…. The Wholefood Pantry by Amber Rose 

I had the pleasure in meeting Amber when we were last in Auckland at the Matakana Market – she was selling her homemade kefir drinks. Amber’s Mum is the founder of Koanga Gardens, based in Wairoa. This cookbook is awesome. Delicious recipes, and ideal for anyone who is looking for healthy kitchen staples and basic recipes.

3- Book I Am Reading at the Moment…. Ask and It is Given

An inspiring book that helps you learn how to ‘manifest your desires so that you’re living the joyous and fulfilling life you deserve’ A great read…only just started so watch this space 🙂 

4 – This Weeks Two Day Fast

I have never completed a fast longer than half a day, however have read and heard such awesome research about 2 plus day fasting, that is no eating, only drinking water and herbal teas. So on Tuesday I will be completing this and have convinced Paul, my brother and parents to join me 🙂 Not sure how I am going to feel however it is always good to try things and see how they work for you. No better feedback than direct from the body itself. Feel free to join in too 🙂
