If you have joined a gym this January, the best tip I can give you is… 

Be there in July 

Don’t quit in February 

Don’t go 5 days per week if you haven’t done anything in a while. 

Go twice, then go twice the following week and then twice more the week after that. 

Don’t try and do everything all at once. You will end up overwhelmed, tired and broken.
