Have you seen this advertisement before?

Carlsberg is a lighter blonde beer and when very first marketed the thought was that the lighter beer would appeal to women as well as men therefore capture a higher percentage of the market.

Sadly it didn’t catch on, so Carlsberg employed Saatchi and Saatchi to do their thing and convince punters to buy their watery lager.

Thus this famous, (ly incorrect) and extremely successful slogan was born, and stayed in play for 38 years.

Ahhhh the power of good marketing hey?

Whilst sitting contemplating marketing, and beer, and life – I decided I would break the fourth wall of advertising, which we all know is absolute manipulative bollocks lets be honest, and spend hours upon hours developing PROBABLY THE BEST TRAINING PROGRAMME IN THE WORLD.

So without further ado here it is :

 

It’s probably not the most exciting, it doesn’t have the bells and whistles of other plans available on social media feeds, but it also isn’t trying to manipulate you into drinking crappy (sorry Carlsberg) beer that you are going to regret purchasing.

This isn’t PROBABLY THE BEST TRAINING PROGRAMME IN THE WORLD, it is the ONLY TRAINING PROGRAMME IN THE WORLD THAT WORKS.

Consistency is king.

Do something (anything that moves you) 52 weeks of the year (preferably with an emphasis on lifting something and increasing your heart rate) and watch your body, mind and life transform.

That’s it.
