1:1 Sessions

A program that is specifically tailored to your needs, undivided attention
and 100% focus and guidance in getting you to your goal.
8 sessions $680 + gst
12 sessions $1020 + gst
Semi Private PT
60 mins
All the benefits of our private sessions, but shared between two or three mates.
Group Fitness
Mon/Wed/Fri – 630am – 715am
Tues / Thurs : 600am – 645am
Get your workout in and be home before the family wakes for breakfast.
These classes are based on metabolic training. They are fast paced, fun and designed specifically to melt away unwanted fat in the quickest possible time.
8 sessions – $120 (inc GST)
12 sessions – $140 (inc GST)
