Our Weekend and A Peek Preview into The 12 Week Transformation Challenge

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. Krystie here today!! Paul’s apparently on holiday (or as he calls it, writer's block) 🙂

  We woke up early on Saturday morning and headed out on the bikes to watch the sunrise. Waiting for Paul to put his make-up on, we missed the sunrise, but headed out anyway. Along past the water, through to Haumoana, then ended up in Havelock, where we caught a ride back to our place from my parents! The bike ride all in all took us a leisurely 1 hour 40. We then headed out for brunch.

  Sunday brought us a day of work…. Yes we have been hard at it, organising everything and anything to do with the 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge. If you don’t know, we will be running an awesome 12 Week Challenge starting Monday 3rd July. Something you do not want to miss if you are looking to drop some unwanted weight, tone up, or simply get shredded.
