Are you ready for this super quick Fat Loss workout?

Finding time in the day to workout can be tough. Sure we all know we should be working and we all know the benefits from working out but sometimes life just gets in the way, whether it be pressure to get everything finished at work or just running around after the kids all day and then having to drop them off at football while making dinner and doing all those household chores that need to be done! Regardless sometimes it seems like its bedtime before you even know it and your workout is relegated to another day.

And of course tomorrow or any other day for that matter is no better really.

If this sums up life for you and you’re in difficulty trying to fit those workouts in then I have a solution for you.

A short, intense, simple but incredibly effective fat burning workout that can be done in under 7 minutes.

The workout requires no equipment so it can be done in the convenience of your own home.

You will be performing six exercises in two mini circuits formatted in a way that will have you sculpting and toning every single muscle in your body and burning some serious fat.

For the first mini circuit you will perform a Squat, Push Up (this can be done on your knees) and a Star Jump.

The second mini circuit will have you perform an Alternating Lunge, Mountain Climber and a Squat Jump.

The format of the workout is simple, for the first mini circuit perform each exercises for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercises. Complete 2 rounds of the first mini circuit for a total of 3 minutes.

You will then rest for 1 minute before starting on your second mini circuit. Again perform each exercise for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercise, completing a total of 2 rounds of your second mini circuit.

The whole workout should take you 7 minutes. Now don’t make the mistake in thinking just because it only takes 7 minutes it’s going to be easy. In fact done with the right intensity this workout may be one of the toughest you can do. Note that it is of the up most importance that you push yourself as hard as you can in this workout. Your goal is to complete each exercise with perfect form and try to complete as many repetitions as you can.

The results? You will be amazed by the improvements that you can make in strength, toning and fat loss in just 7 minutes using this program daily for 10 days.
