Happy Monday all,

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We had a very relaxed one, made up of dog walks, chilling, eating good food (tried the Butter Chicken sauce Pete Evans sells - with our organic chicken and lots of yummy vege) and enjoying family time.

So, it’s that time of year again 🙂 

Who’s in for finishing 2018 with a bang? Results 12 Week Challenge is coming. Last year was amazing but this years going to be even better. We have a new focus…. YOU and YOUR specific goal. What do we mean by that? As everyone is on their own specific journey, we thought we would tailor the challenge to what you would like to focus on over the 12 weeks including nutrition, fitness, strength, weight loss, lifestyle changes, you name it, as long as it can be measured, we are here to support you on your journey.

Over the next month, we will be offering more information about this, but here are the need to knows now so you can book it in:

When does it start: 3rd September
How Long is it: 12 weeks
Who is it for: Anyone who wants to prioritise their health and fitness
