Krystie Millward

Krystie Millward Krystie is an enthusiastic and energetic trainer dedicated to helping people look and feel their best. She believes in making fitness a fun and enjoyable lifestyle change. With her holistic approach, Krystie understands how important the roles of nutrition and diet play in a healthy lifestyle, and therefore can offer sound advice on healthy living, stress management, and nutrition along with designing effective fat loss programs to reach the goals of her clients. These goals could be anything from losing excess weight, toning up for a big event, or simply increasing energy levels and confidence. Qualified as a Personal Trainer from Premier Training International in London, and as a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Krystie's passion for fitness means she keeps on top of the latest health and fitness research. Qualified as a Biosignature practitioner, Krystie is able to offer body fat spot reduction through hormonal balancing. Krystie has always been a keen sportswoman and participated in Surf Life Saving, rowing and triathlons at a high level. Her latest event was biking from London to Paris for charity, which she recommends everyone should have a go at (except for the sore bum). Her other interests include travelling, eating good foods and enjoying the Bay lifestyle!

Paul Miller

Paul and Krystie Paul and Krystie joined forces as they both share the same holistic views on training and nutrition. Paul too feels that training should be fun and enjoyable. His sessions focus on continuous results and positive lifestyle changes. With over 10 years experience in both personal training and fitness camps, Paul has a wealth of knowledge in transforming bodies through nutritional strategies and functional training systems. His training sessions are focused around 3 principles - integrity, intensity and most of all fun! Paul has worked in some of the most prestigious London training centres. He has also written for many top health and fitness health publications. Paul is a sucker for punishment having competed in events such as Winter Tough Guy challenge (a gruelling obstacle course involving swimming in ice cold water, running through fire and crawling under barb wire), the longmynd hike (52 mile race over mountains) and the Three Peaks Challenge.
