Thoughts of the week

 1 - You are where you are right now because of the actions and decisions you did/didn’t make. If you're not happy with where you are, you can change at any time.

 2 - You don’t need more information. We are inundated with information and have all the information that we need - You just need to take action on what you have

  3 - Life is an evolving journey of growth and challenge - Welcome to the gym 🙂

  4 - The goal is never the goal. The goal is to see who you need to become in order to reach the goal.

  5 - Willpower is futile, instead create great habits. Pick one goal, do it consistently for 66 days (the time-frame science believes it takes to form a habit) and then it simply becomes something you just do.
